This quest is given by Kitty Valencia at Behemoth Pond in the Nektulos Forest (-251, 0, -26.99).
She asks you to harvest 30 items from the Polluted Natural Gardens in the Nektulos Forest.
After you collect 30 items from the Polluted Gardens you are told to return with 3 fayberries, 2 steppes mountain beans and 2 oolong tea leaves. Kitty will take them from your inventory.
Next, Kitty will ask you to check to see if the Maid For The Mist has been repaired. (Quest seems a bit bugged here... the quest journal will show you a blank step.) Walk to the beach and your journal gets updated, you don't have to actually go to the docks.
Return to Kitty and she'll tell you she needs 10 dusts from Sullian fairies. The fairies are around Bone Lake and there are some soloable fairies scattered here and there. (Near -92,60,-1436)
Return to Kitty again after killing the fairies and you'll be rewarded with some pretty mediocre exp.
